Hi Readers, If you an experienced SAP Professional with sound knowledge and have zeal to learn more and work on challenging projects, then for god sake do not join COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
They do not have any good projects and they are having resources mostly who warm up their benches and do some mediocre job in projects by calling themselves as SAP Consultants.
I feel very bad to have joined this organization and this is the first time, I dare to write up an review about a company which I work for. Such is my irritation level. Cognizant will not offer you good hike while joining, unless you are really under paid in your existing employment and looking for cognizant.
They give false promises like you will be put into training on niche areas of SAP and growth is unlimited. Those humbugs are false and for very few it depends how well their time works and their managers treat them.
You should always be on your manager’s mind and you must be the most sought person for anything that you manager wish to do.
(Even on his dreams :) ) Then you career will sky rocket position and money wise... My intention is to just caution the aspirants who aspire to get good work experience and growth.
This is certainly not a better organization for technology like SAP. Be aware as there are many other better companies in India who do far better than Cognizant.
