This is my own experience with this company I worked for two years in client location. They do the worst outsourcing, once you go the client location they won’t even care for you. I worked in BFS domain and the strange thing we have a lady manager who is from the Entertainment domain and she don’t even know the ABCDs of banking. She used to lead us.
She is the one of the worst manager, I have ever seen she simply sits in the CTS branch and wont even visit the client location once in a month. she is afraid of listening to the employees concerned and simply acts smart. The dirtiest manager to be rated and simply getting paid without doing anything.
One most worst garbage of these company are HR’s and they should be really ashamed for the way they are dealing with the employees. They work as the tails of the manager’s and harass the employee like anything.
Overall my rating for this company is worst.
