There is no job security in this organization, on anybody’s complain, without any investigation they throw their employee out. They do not give chance to the person to explain his side. They also do not hesitate to terminate the resource. if you join please be very very careful because they also lie a lot.
Do not join this organization, you will not get any job security. I know a resource whom they removed without any notice, he is a very high performer with lot of rewards, he has turned around a project beautifully and had made no mistake still was removed from his organization.
