Cognizant technology solutions is one of the best IT solutions in the world.
It was very good company earlier.
But now a days the company is having some problems I guess.
So many of my friends in this company are in bench and they are not getting any appraisals from along time.
Even when I tried to apply for the job in CTS, they are telling to join with in a 7 days period which is not reliable.
They are not getting the projects more I guess that’s why they are trying to manipulate with the jobseekers.
There is no gurantee for the job because in bench people can’t stay more than 3 months.
The CEO has to take care of company to get the CTS previous status.
