Of course the mattress is very comfortable and breathable. I don’t know the technical words but it is actually like how they explained the product to me. It gives good support and an amazing bounce to my body while sleeping. When it comes to customer service, I had called their team to understand about warranty once and the team very nicely and clearly explained the process to me and I appreciate this transparency.
