I had bought the Coirfit Magic 4.5 inch mattress in May 2023. It was fine uptil a year. However later we found that the mattress starts sagging in the middle. We tried turning it upside down and it still continued to sag from the other end. It even caused me a lot of backpain.
The user experience was very bad but to add, their customer support was even worse. To be honest it was worst. I had called their costumer support, wherein first I was given a contact number and asked to contact that personnel who would help me with my complaint. But then even that person gave me another number. Later I found none of the three numbers are now picking up the call. Perhaps it seemed that the one of them even blocked me. I tried more than 20 times. But no help was served. They even didnt pick up any calls from a different number immediately. We then tried calling the toll free number used for placing an order. The lady picked my call over there and then again hung up by giving lame excuses.
Finally I mailed them along with an note that I would to go through the Consumer court procedure if the issue was not taken care of. I finally received a mail today wherein the I was said that there is a free replacement available. However to avail that I will have to pay a return pick up fee of around 66.66% of the total buying cost of the mattress in 2023. It is a clear deception of consumers.
