ColdStar logistics is a very small courier company that was started almost 7 years ago from today. I dont know whether this company is still there. One of my friend’s brother joined this company for a job.
salary and benefits- Salary for a employee is around 7000-9000/-. which can be earned anywhere easily. To be genuine there is no benefits, they do not provide free food no accommodation no bonus and no holidays.
Job security- Job security in this company is 0%. If the CEO finds any faults within you or any misbehaviour activities then he may remove you anytime without any prior notice.
Career growth- No growth in this company. Even you work for years your salary will increase very slowly. You will not have a good career working for this company.
Work environment- Very nasty. Office is very small with very less features and no satisfaction when working over there.
There is no bonus provided. No incentives given. No satisfaction and no motivation.
CEO Rating- 2/5. As a CEO his work his to manage the company properly manage the works motivate the employees work in user-friendly environment. But the CEO lacks in every manner. He take leaves randomly does not focus and correct the employees speaks rudely.
