DEFAULTER
As we have placed one candidate & the company is denying to make the payment after one & half month.
I request to make the payment of our pending invoice. We have all the proofs of Email communications, agreement & invoices.
ALL PROPERTY BUYERS, OWNERS, BUILDERS SUPPLIERS, PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS ITS FRAUD..!!!! THEY USE YOUR SERVICE, COMMIT & DEFAULT FOR THE PAYMENT.
Its our hard earn money & you need to pay anyhow.
First of all as per the agreement, you need to pay us after completion of candidate’s 1 month. We are also not responsible for his performance & behavior, you have to verify it in interview, but yes, we can provide the replacement as mentioned in an agreement.
1) At the time of payment after one month, when you had to make the payment, you found & realized that his performance is not good & need replacement. Where we were ready to provide replacement, but we requested you to make the payment first & will provide the replacement as per the agreement.
2) Yesterday dated 23rd April, after lot many follow ups, your HR picked up the call & said, we have revised his payment and offered him Rs.25000 so accordingly you send an invoice. We get ready for that also & after sending invoice of Rs 29488.20 including GST, Ms Bindhu committed to make the payment today/tomorrow.
3) But next day you forced the candidate to convey us that I have resigned & told us that we dont want replacement & will not make your payment (TOTALLY UNPOFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL)
IS THIS YOUR PROFESSIONAL WAY OF WOKING WHERE AFTER USING OUR CANDIDATE FOR ONE & HALF MONTH & YESTERDAY EVEN AFTER YOU WERE READY TO PAY & TODAY AT THE TIME OF GIVING PAYMENT YOU SIMPLY DENYING OUR PAYMENT ??????????????
We do not have at all any interest to damage your so called (self defined Brand Image) & also you are free to take any kind of legal action, but there is no court in india where asking & requesting denied / defaulted payment is a crime. For your kind information, we also know the laws & we also can file a case for your PAYMENT DEFAULT. Once we get our payment, all the reviews will be removed, otherwise it will be multiplied. We will not stop unless we receive our hard earned money. We are also working genuinely. You are liable to make our payment as you already have consumed our services & till yesterday were ready to give the payment.
As per an agreement, its clearly mention that you are liable to make our payment if the candidate has worked for more than 1 month & even you do not want any replacement.
