First thing in the morning and we are up to brush our teeth. Some do it to keep their teeth strong and long and white while many do it just to get rid of the stinky odour our mouth generates after long sleep hours.
However I brush my teeth because it freshens me and love the mint taste. My favorite is definitely Colgate because I have been using it since years. And now I love its taste. It is sweet, salty meaning mere toothpaste me definitely namak hai and lot of mint, a must to clean your mouth.
While since I don’t have any dental problem since years, I believe all its claims are true. It throws off the germs between the teeth and so you are safe. I brush twice a day and request everyone to do the same, morning of course you got to do it, while at night just before you go to bed, brush your teeth so that all the damage is cured ie. germs are off and there are no food particles stuck in your teeth. Colgate, gives you a beautiful smile.
