Brushing the teeths is as important as taking the baths. I had explained in very detail about baths in my earlier post. now its time for the brushing. teeths can be brushed with the toothbrush and the toothpaste. you have to squeeze the toothpaste on the toothbrush, then wet the toothbrush with clean water and then put in mouth and rub hard over the teeths. all the teeths need to be brushed otherwise some teeths will be nice and some teeths will be sada hua. first brush the fronth teeths, then back teeths, then top teeths. when your mouth starts foaming do not worry it is only the toothpaste doing its works. if the foam becomes too much you can spit in sink.
after brushing for the 3 mins rince your mouth with fresh flowing water and spit. dont forget to do this because if you do your breakfast may not taste good. or people will think you are pagaal and make you sniff old chappals.
brushing the teeths should be done twice a day. once in the morning before the eating and twice in the night after the eating. if you have dirty habits like chewing paan masala or tambacu then you should brush more then twice a day.
brushing the teeths is not only for cleaning the teeths but for cleaning your breath too. during the day the harmful and smelly bacteria enter your mouth and sit there. they make your mouth smell like dried fish. this is not good for your friends, family and well wishers.
there are many kinds of toothpastes. one is the gel which is maily for the breath but not for the teeths. then is the normal pastes which is for both. colgate makes the best toothpastes. it makes the gel and the regular pastes as well as the brushes. colgate now has herbal paste which does not taste very good. I would suggest you use the gel or normal pastes from the colgate.
