It has great spicy mint flavor which makes me active in morning and it cleaning teeth well compared other mint flavoured tooth paste in the market
As I said it has more mint flavour than other substitutes specially red spicy paste was good in maxfresh . even blue also better but red taste better mint than blue
While comming oral health . I does’nt have any complaints on my teeth as iam using since 1 year. so no problems with your oral health
