I usually use Sensodyne because my teeth are sensitive to hot and cold. This doesn’t relieve the sensitivity in my experience. I then switched to Colgate Sensitive Care Toothpaste. And believe me it works very well compared to Sensodyne.
Works very well and now I can enjoy cold food and drinks without pain. I think this one works better than the Aquafresh version, but that may be in my head. I still had to hold cold things in my mouth for a second to warm it up when I used Aquafresh. This one also has a better taste and the the whitening feature(which I could no longer find in Aquafresh which led me to this one).
