Same issue for me as well I was contacting through person called Rinku Singh before booking he was speaking fine after vacating he was very rude and dint provide the refund amount he directly started shouting on me and used unprofessional way of speaking I would suggest everyone not to go or choose colive this is big scam I am raising once complaint with online fraud in consumer court for the same. When I reached property they property owner was not aware of my stay only then again I reached out to colive and they were not picking my calls I almost waited in reception for 4 hours to get the colive person with whom I spoke online and almost after so much discussion and calls then I got into property this is total waste and fraud. Please dont go for colive at all.
