Boss plays politics at employees level& uses Greencard/promotions/hikes as dog’s biscuit for employees to complete his KRAs.

Uses words like Donkey, s&%#, mother f@#?%, sister f&@%#? at emoloyees, sometimes referencing clients.
Clients are noting too.
The project with the clients will not last long if this goes on.
HR spineless
Things have started to stink& the leadership should wakeup& do an undercover anonymous employee survey to understand the abuse of power before this blows up before their eyes in public.
