Extremely bad experience with colors of India tours on Kashmir tour with my family..
- they changed the itinerary route from Srinagar stay to sonmarg direct from airport which is 3 hrs travel , this made our journey very hectic on the first day itself ,
2.they did not provide cab pick up at airport for my parents who were coming at different time and asked them to wait at airpy till we arrive (6 hrs waiting)
Hotel at pahalgam was changed ..hotel said they marked us no show as we arrived late evening and given to some other customer.. this wasted our 2 hrs in night and delay in dinner with senior citizens with us
No phone call of rajat dongra our sales manager in the entire journey for checking how it was going with us..this shows complete unprofessional and careless attitude of travel agent
Rajat dongra only called us on the last day for the balance payment and didn’t even felt guilty of changing the hotel , instead they said they have upgraded our hotel ..sheer nonsense excuses
Totally pathetic experience with colors of India..never recommend to anyone
