A few days back, unfortunately my mother was supposed to be hospitalised due to some issues. So we had admitted her into intensive care unit of Columbia Asia hospital as near to my home. On improving, she was shifted in single occupancy room. House keeping department of hospital had provided towels en all in the room even after 2 hours of shifting. And I was stunned to see blood spots on bedsheets. Because of these reasons and bad behaviour house keeping assistant Ms. Maya, I called house keeping officiating Head Mr. Kiran to provide me good services. In the mean time I needed to switch on AC but found it was not working. On this Officiating house keeping head Mr Kiran stated that it was nothing to do with him and you would talk to customer support department why they had alloted room with AC not in working condition, not him. On explaining all this to Mr Jatin customer support manager on telephone, I got the reply from responsible and accountable person that it was not a big deal and patient would be shifted to other room and advised me not to worry as shifting would be by other hospital team. When I remarked how you people could take patient granted in that way. A patient out of ICU would be reshuffled from one room to another. Really it was disgusting but I had no other alternative. So finally we were in another room and I was shocked to see that blankets were also with red stained for which I took pictures. Earlier also in Aug 2016, I came cross several issues with house keeping and nursing. This is a completely non professional, irresponsible and non accountable behaviour from the hospital. very very pathetic. Also you rarely able to buy all the medicines prescribed by consultants from hospital pharmacy.THE ONLY BEST PART WITH HOSPITAL IS TALENTED CONSULTANTS.
