Whenever I fixed appointment, I waited to 30 mins to 1 hour for my turn. Sometimes I waited for 2 hours. I informed manager also but she was helpless. Radiology and Ultra sound department are in pathetic condition. They will give preference to in-house patient over OPD patients.
They will ask you to wait for 10 minutes and do in-house patient scanning for 1-2 hours. If you complain, staff and manager ask you to understand the situation.
If you planning to consult doctor or USG scanning, first admit the patient so that you don’t have fix appointment. May God save the OPD patient in Columbia hospital.
