I am ramaraju from r.t.nagar. On 24/09/10 I visited columbia asia hebbal for a neurologist, I visited a docter and went to pay his fee in the counter and the person in billing section gave a paid bill containing other patients name on it, as I responded they change it to my name and gave me the bill, later I went to buy medicine in the same hospital medical section to buy the prescribed medicine they took my slip and as I was in hurry they asked me to pay the bill for the medicine they gave me and when I came home later I got a a call stating that it was the medicine of some other patient given to me and I had already taken the morning capsule given to me. IS THIS THE WAY OF RUNNING A HOSPITAL ??????????? YOUR PEOPLE CALLED ME AND ASKED US TO COME TO THE HOSPITAL TO EXCHANGE THE MEDICINE, YOU PEOPLE DON’T HAVE ANY COURTESY AT LEAST TO DROP THE MEDICINES AT MY RESIDENTS.
