They might have good infrastructure, But be careful what treatment they suggest you and what exactly they charge you for!
My kid fell down and had a small wound on eye. I got scared and I went to emergency of this Hospital because this was closer to my home. They asked me lot of questions and then asked to patch the wound with stitches. As wound was very small so I denied stitches and they cleaned the wound and used bandage to cover it. It all took around 10 minutes.
I got charged for closed to 1400 rupees.
400 doctors consultation, 400 for bed which my kid used for sitting while they covered the wound with bandage, 200 nursing fees, 150 registration and bla bla charges.
Now just to use bed for sitting for 5 minutes they included 400 rupees as bed charge.
I had good impression about this hospital after seeing all the reviews over internet, but it turn out to be that these reviews might be purchased or given by their own people.
I know treatment, building rent, land price, medical colleague fees, employee salaries all has become very expensive now a days, but that doesn’t mean hospitals has to retrieve that money by using such tricks to customers.
Just for putting bandage over a wound, charging 1400 rupees?
Thank God, I denied for stitches, otherwise they would have charged me may be 10-20k.
