I got discharged yesterday, following a 3 day hospitalization - I delivered via c-section. I must admit, that from the start to the end of my stay at the hospital each and every person I came across was extremely helpful and polite.
Particularly the labour ward is exceptional. The Registrars and the nurses in the labour observation ward were quite professional and knew what they were doing.
I cant stop praising my consulting doctor and the registrar(the Doc in charge of Labour ward). .
I stayed in a single room, and it was cleaned twice a day. The room was quite and bright with a good central AC and TV. The attached bath and toilets were clean and decent.
Nurses in the ward responded to each call within a matter on 30 secs and in the labour ward, they barely left me unattended, although my husband was by my side.
The registrar helped me cope up with pain and gave a few golden tips to sail thru my labours.
My consultant didnt hesitate to come and see me past mid night and again before 6am. really calm and exceptionally skilled doctor.
The room service for food - Cafe is a something that can improve a great deal, when compared to other area of the hospital.
Any attendant order usually take about 45 - 60 mins. When I first went to the hospital I did complain about the delayed services and by the time I was discharged I could feel some improovements in the timings.
I must state that the food was excellent and the dieticians were quite helpful too.
I compares on par in terms of cost with the other big names in Bangalore.
