Confusion in appointment scheduling- in spite of the distance. Had to come back without any service due to hospital mix up with Dr Elan Kumaran in Ophthalmology. Very unhelpful attitude- would not provide mobile number, had to stand in two queues to cancel an appointment that never happened. Seems like Doctors are running some businesses that are not directly covered by Columbia Asia appointment desk- give incorrect appointments. A modern hospital "wannabe".
Last month we had gone for an annual medical checkup- and that was handled more professionally. Seems like it’s a good hospital for "light" procedures.The cost seems to be a factor as well. However, cleanliness is better than other hostipitals like Ramiah, Mallya etc.
