I wAs glad to see a reputed hospital open close by but have been dismayed at the lack of medical support during emergencies or during night hours.
Hope you aren’t even thinking of competing with manipal which is leagues ahead.staff just doesn’t understand the meaning of emergency and quotes process all the time. Like my two yr old was suspected uti and when I called at 8pm I was told no matter what, report wl be given only after 10am next day morning!thankfully I went to manipal who organized it within one hour n thanks to that, the child didn’t suffer in the night and medication was started.
Wake up management team please and get your process and systems more patient friendly. You are in field of medical emergencies and this approach just won’t fly where you complicate life and not simplify it.
Went one more night and asked for the manager on duty and was told there is none!God help us if we land there for medical help.
