I got admitted for my ear surgery, waited for insurance approval for almost 16 hours as hospital people didn’t send insurance papers properly. It was disgusting to wait like that being a patient.
Doctors and nurses are good, but hospital is understaffed. They can’t maintain even with few patients also.
