I always travelling to kolkata for my official job. Every time I am taking food at cumsum howrah station. At 29.04.2017, I faced very embarassing situation.
I purchased my receipt from counter. Actually their service is very bad. Only one man is serving yo all. So u have to wait minimum of 20 to 30 minute for a order. Then I came to counter for cancelling the food voucher showing the reason for getting late for my train, but the cashier rudely talked with me & can not cancek the voucher. This is a embarassibg situation for me that all people saw me, till now I m not getting my food, train might be missed with the paid voucher.
My suggestion Cumsum management:
1- They must first learn how to talk with custmer
2- Food serving people must be 2-3 as per the customer availavility
3- Food voucher cancellation system must be implemented if situation persists
4- Maintain queue while serving customer for smooth functioning
