I’m a computer teacher & for me computer isindispensable. My HDD got crashed & I’m in urgent need for a new one.I placed the order on snap deal for the above reason. Right now I’m very much disappointed when I got the acknowledgement that 2 of theproducts will be delivered within or on 13th August 2014, that means I’ve to wait for near about 7 days to get the products.
Another pointis that after 48hours of placing the order Transcend RAM’s tracking details is showing that it’s still under processing. Is this a prompt service? I live in proper Kolkata & for me Computer shops are hardly 3
to 4 kms from my house. I can easily get the products on the same day too. What’s the utility of placing an order on net if there’s that much delay?
Snap deal is always slow in delivering the products, atleast with me. If this thing continues I’ll not accept the productsneither, nor I’ll recommend to any body about snapdeal. In future I’ve to think twice before placing an order on Snap Deal. Pls dont send meany excuses & try to solve the problem if you can. Snap Deal’s worst delivery service .Don’t believe on their delivery service if some one needs the product urgently*
