I’ve had my Compaq for about 8 months now, and I’ve loved it except for one, small problem... the screen looks like an LSD trip! Everywhere it should be gray, it was pink; where it should be green it was bright purple... you get the idea. Everything else about this laptop is excellent: the operation, hardware, included software, keyboard, mouse, everything except the screen. I’m waiting to get the problem fixed, so I don’t know abut their customer service, but if you want to gamble in the screen department, I would otherwise advise you to purchase this or one of the other Compaqs in this line.
