HP / compaq computers are good but customer service is very bad. It was almost 1 week before warranty expire date when my laptop battery crashed but they only did is let the time pass & said that battery is not available at back end & as soon as they receive they will receive but almost 1 month later said warranty is over in mar’11 even I bought the product in may-jun’10.
Very bad behavior & customer service. Once their product is sold then you are on your own. They had ample of batteries & other parts if you pay them even in warranty.
