User friendly: this compaq prserario laptop is not user friendly.this laptop comes with some old version software which is outdated.they did not work properly.the function of this laptop is not good.
Reliability and satisfaction: from the view of user I am very disapointed because the performance of this laptop is not immperasive.the product is not so much reliable.body of the laptop is very bad. they made by very cheap material.
Value for money: the price of the laptop is not too high it is very budgeted laptop compare to other brands.
Service and support: The service and support of this company is very bad. They did not answer the call of consumer.they have no service centres.
