Comaq is ine of the well known brands in laptop and computer. The product Compac presario laptop is not up to the mark with quality. I had purchased Compaq Presario Laptop before five years. Within one year baterry problem started. I have to use the laptop with plugin charger otherwise it was running out of battery. Laptop is also very heavy and not easy to carry due to weight. Also service of compaq is not good. Product is not supporting many software upgrades. Hang up many times due to insuffucuent memory. Graphics support is also poor. Not up to the mark with price they are charging.
