I got my Compaq V3225AU just befor 14 months and its Out of warranty now. One morning the computer did not boot up. I took it to the HP service center and they told me that its a problem with the mother board and it may cost 15k to replace the system Board.
The person at the center told me that the problem is with this model and they will replace the board for free and they did but after that they told me that its a problem with the processor and they gotta change the processor too and which will cost around 15k again. I am back to where I was. I didn’t repair it. its still lying wit me n waiting to feed the dustbin. Pathetic products with disgusting service, don’t go for it.
Finally, I decided to throw this or sale it for 5k n will go for a Sony VAIO.. Really pissed off by the service n products....
