It has a faulty design with incompatible Graphics card, power supply, mother board and heat dissipation.
Never was called back by company nor notified for corrective measures, we suffered. Yes they replaced the motherboard twice but it goes out by a month or two. How many times you can spend days in the service centres.
Service centres being few and and far between in India - only one in Chennai. We had to travel long and spend almost close to 3-4 hrs just to deposit the laptop. The kind of rush seen in the service centres speaks alot about the qulaity of the laptops of compaq / HP. May be with the burning need of putting something new in the market the companies have given the quality and reliability a very low priority.
Yes, after trying for a couple of time, feeling bad about the money spent, I have given up. Now it is a junk.
