This is my first review in MouthShut and I must say, that this site rocks.RC Ideal computers in nelson manickam road , nungambakkam, Chennai, is a FRAUD Company. Don’t give your laptop for servicing there, as I found that many motherboard components were missing and the dummy slot for WLAN was also missing. The guy over there charges you Rs 450 for diagnostics and promises a 1 day deliver of the product, which by no means is possible.
Please don’t go there and waste your money and time. Believe me, the guys over there are straight forward and frauds like anything.I was quite upset with my laptop and went to HP service center first they said the problem is with the motherboard and it will cost me 14, 500 to change a new board.I thought , I should go for a 2nd opinion and I landed up in this store after researching the internet.I was really angry when I found that the dummy slot for WLAN was missing and thought that why these people are not loyal and honest to the customers, they only want to make money out of customers.
Please don’t go there and spend your hard earned money to fill the pockets of these fraud and fake companies, these people lure the customers by creating websites of there own and giving fake details..
