My hatred for this brand might have clouded my vision and hence you are unlikely to get a fair review. Hence here is my ramble for your upon feeling cheated. I read reviews of this laptop by some of you. Your words echo in my ears and I feel your every emotion as I had the misfortune of buying this notorious laptop. But one year later, when the laptop was just out of the warranty period, it initially developed sporadic display problems and then completely went kapoot within a month. I was shocked to hear the word from people at HP who blatantly called it a problem with the design. I ran helter skelter to get justice but realized my folly of not having got extended warranty.
Thus, the only solution I had was to dump that laptop of mine and muster cash to buy new one.My mind went into a flashback and I was reminded of the period of my life when my parents saved for years to buy a black and white TV which served us in turn for many years. And here I was to forego something much more expensive in such a profligate manner. It brought tears to eyes while also incensed me against HP. I wrote complaints to their administration at the highest levels but heard nothing back from them.Time does sap in your energies and heal the wound. I lost the will to damage this company’s reputation as they were too big a monster to fight. I was reminded of my turmoil on reading this forum and decided to recollect that experience here.Thanks for the patient read.
PS: I have decided to never ever buy any HP product and shall always libel their reputation in every forum and hurt them in my small way. I hope you join in too.
