I have worked with Compare Infobase for some time and I am happy to have shifted out of it. Compare Infobase has lost all its reputation in the past 2 years due to its unethical, illigal and shameful acts.
Here are some hard facts about Compare Infobase Ltd:-
Salaries are never ever on time . Normal delay time of Salaries is 3 months+ and many dont get salaries for 6 months. If you put pressure on them to give you salary within 40-50 day they will give you a cheque that either won’t get encashed soon or will bounce.
They have absolutly no client projects. They only optimize websites that they make because they don’t get any outside project.The quality of most of their website is very poor, you can check yourself.
3.Again to Salaries - They cut bonus and PF from employees salary that has to be contributed by the company thus is totally illigal .
- Job Security is Nil.They are well known for hire and fire business.They just hand over the reliving letter and tell their employees not to come from tommorow.
