My name is Mohammed Yousuff from Bangalore, Today I was searching online for options on HD dth, got landed to comparedth.com and one of the executive by name Mubin Siddiqi who was on chat, explained me about the discounts and promised saying the product will get installed by End of the day today.
He requested to make online payment later I spoke with him over phone and informed him that it should be installed today itself he told yes 100%, further when I processed with the payment. I tried calling him but he didn’t picked my call and further I got an sms saying due to technical issue your installation will be done tomorrow and later on when called some other executive picked my called and said sorry saying Mubin is not available and will install tomorrow.
I would like to say you guys if you are not able to install on same day inform your customers it will be done tomorrow at initially instead of using fake promises for your sales.May I know when exactly my installation will be done? I have attached transaction details image. Waiting for a response at the earliest
