I purchased swift dzire from them so continued to get services from them. But There was not a single instance when I was satisfied in one visit.
Service 1 - Car washed, checked and delivered in 4 hrs.(Door edge guard was missing.)
Service 2- Normal checkup. door handle clip loosed.
BodyShop for dent repair job(insurance claim) - Car was there for 6 days. Many scratches and cuts on dashboard and body. 2 Small dent near front glass. scratches on driver door. Loosened driver side rear view mirror, Last and Worst - My break light was changed with someone other’s broken light. I still suspect what else was stolen from my car.
They are expert in changing your car parts with old parts. Idiots.
Never believe on them as their mechanic and labour is corrupt and thief.
This is my own story so Say no to them.
