I had to visit competent gurgaon twice in June, for broken windshield and then again for a minor scratch on left rear door. they took about a week to replace broken windshield.
While removing broken windshield they didn’t used proper covering for bonnet resulting scars on bonnet. and 2nd time when I received car after repair of left rear door scratch I noticed tool marks on right rear door.
And after 2nd visit I noticed some jerks and intermittent engine stopping at low speed on turns and speed breakers. not sure if they did something in 2 days. I got it checked by karnal motors. they cleaned some "throttle" component to fix this.
Though they fixed both things without any charges. but their workmen are really incompetent.There quote for 20, 000 km major service was of Rs 6000 !! which is too much for SX4. I got it done from karnal motors for Rs 4900. to another gentleman they gave 6500 quote for esteem major service.
Though I read unhappy reviews about this workshop but overlooked them. and now feeling very sorry for this. I request all of you to consider user reviews seriously before going for a product or service
