I left my Maruti Swift VXi for body shop repair at your workshop that was on 22nd July 2008 No HR26AG-4354. I brought the car to you-which was the biggest mistake of my life !
- Quality of washing was extremely poor in fact-it looked more dirty than the state in which I had left it.
- Secondly, I had specifically made a call before reaching to ensure the car is ready But when I reached there I was made to wait for almost 2 hrs which I missed one very important meeting which has caused me a severe financial loss.
- Thirdly & most importantly my stereo system was mishandled & damaged
This irresponsible handling by your work-shop is now costing me atleast a Rs. 1000. Not to mention, that there is a possibility that unit might not get repaired at all which means a loss of approx 6500 which is the cost of the CD unit.
As a customer I want to understand that why should I be the one who should be end up paying for this with no fault of mine, coz when car was left it was perfectly fine in working condition.
