They have very poor service in common, I purchased a SX4 last year (Nov’07) from Gazipur East Delhi. Since I reside in NOIDA, I requested for UP registration. I took the delivery on Delhi temporary registration but despite several reminders, I did not received any official document of Delhi RC dept. Months after I realised I was delivered a vehicle with wrong temporary registration number.
Matter came into light when I finally received permanent RC book, the temporary number (Delhi number) mentioned in the RC book and other papers of car where different. Matter was reported but by this time the culprit sales man has vanished from the scene, then finally I reported the matter to Maruti Suzuki. Some mails where exchanged and I was promised stern action will be taken, God knows what happened later, even Maruti later didn’t bothered to keep me updated.
Yes GM Sales from Gazipur branch once called and apologized for the matter. Request all you to examine all papers before accepting the delivery.
