Hi, I am Saurabh Dhakate from Nagpur. I subscribed to CSR(E) magazine for two years’ subscription plan of Rs.990 in September 2013. It was inclusive of magazine cost and postal charges. I received the October and November issues on time along with GK English 2014 book which was free with 2 years’ subscription plan. After that, they stopped sending the magazines altogether.
I even tried calling to their customer care no. but after picking up the phone, I could not even hear a word what the customer care executive was saying. Perhaps I should use the world’mumbling’. I even sent emails on their email address but I haven’t received a single reply yet. My teacher asked me to subscribe to the CSR magazine. That is the sole reason of me subscribing to it . But now, I have learnt my lesson the hard way.
