Complan has been my best friend since my growing years. It has been market since last 20years. Although the taste is a bit medicinal which makes it not that successful in market as compared to its competitor i.e.
Horlicks. But I have to admit it is a pure health drink and very mubh helps in growing tall from my experience. But now it has made its successful entry in market with new exciting flavours like kesar badam which I love. It can best be taken in morning and evening with milk(and some kesar if possible) to get the best taste.:)
