Purchased the u/m products vide order no 300048923 mar 16 2014:
Dell Laptop Vostro 1500 9 cell Battery VOST15009 1
Dell Laptop XPS M1530 6 cell Battery XPSM15306 1
for a sum of Rs.6, 280.00.
Its not even been 4 months and even the 9 cell battery cant hold more than 20 minute charge.I called them but their number is out of service area! I mailed them but they they didn’t reply. Then finally I sent a mail to contact Dell tech support. From there I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was finally told that I must contact compuindia!
I feel cheated and harassed. Honest advice to all readers: Don’t deal with these thugs!
