I got a new connection on 21-May, the vendor promised it to be better and the best, by early morning 22-May my line was dead, I contacted the vendor and the customer service, COM22051955871 but they could only help by 12:00 Noon after 4 hrs and breaching their own TAT that also after numerous calls. During the conversations I asked for SUP but the CS never transferred the call saying they are unavailable, last I got one when I became irate on the call, on that instance the senior CS was giggling at my situation, mind all who read this I use internet for my office purposes primarily. I came to COMWAY thinking they are big brand giving fast internet and that was a little cheaper that my present one expecting a better service, but numerous interactions clearly pointed they lack even the basic professional skills. I asked them to cancel my connection but they tagged the router to my account post that all SMS dated 25-May router Sr no 18A121000352 tagged account. I told the retention deptt that I cannot afford to make with the unreliable connection and untrustworthy ISP but they have not initiated the cancellation till date informing my hard earned money Rs 825 is non refundable and you and you should think of continuing with us. It seems the company is looting me can somebody who reads the blog help me out in cancelling this account, I also have recordings on my mobile for their review. This ISP is highly unreliable and totally unprofessional at the last mile, for the Service and Support I give them a 0, for connection and reliability I give them a 0 again. they belief is "yeh tho India hai paise le lo sab chalta hai" tall talk and 0 delivery . as a customer I was changing my old ISP of 4 yrs+ just because of speed and the monthly rent, but found on that they were 1000 times better and more reliable.
