Concentrix is a well-known BPO but I would rate it one of the worst BPOs ever. I joined Concentrix because I wanted to learn about Microsoft technologies and I selected SCCM lob for me. The interview process was good and it was difficult to crack the interview. I got rejected in the interview so I was very disappointed but I reappeared for the interview and got selected this time.
OnBoarding was completed and I thought that I was selected for SCCM which I already cleared to HR but when training was started, I got to know that I have been moved to a different LoB which is also a part of the Microsoft process. I was surprised because of the technology in which I was selected, I didnt like that and I had zero previous knowledge of that technology. I could not even drop the organization because I had to sign a bond for 18 months so I got stuck, but the trainer ensured that I would learn the things eventually and get proper support once I would be transferred to the floor. Due to Covid, training started in the WFH environment. I tried to cope up with the content but most of the things were out of my league. But since the trainer had to finish the module in 6 weeks, he could not repeat the things. 50% of my batch got job absconded because they were not able to understand anything of that technology and it was too difficult for someone whose background was not from that technology.
Some of my batchmates survived and we were transferred to operations after clearing the knowledge assessment.
Now the real pain began, we were asked to barge into the calls of senior techs for 1 week which passed just like that because it was difficult to barge calls in work from home environment. Then we were being given cases and the issues in the cases were completely new for us and we were not able to understand how to troubleshoot the things because what we learned in the training was different than the real-time scenarios. When we started asking for support, no one was ready to help us and we were not getting any reply from any senior or tech lead. They said that we are on our own and we will have to learn by ourselves by googling the things, but most of the things were not available on google, and a minor mistake could cause a big blunder in customers server environment. We still tried to learn but we are being assigned cases daily that we cant understand and there is zero support from our seniors. I feel stuck in this stupid organization because I have signed the bond and how can I learn things. The things that can be resolved in 30 minutes are taking days for us to understand which is wasting customers and our time.
I regret joining this company and I am thinking to go a job absconded. Joining Concentrix was the biggest mistake of my life and I should have stayed in my previous organization.
