Hi this is surender pal one of the past employee of concentrix I was all their from the last six months and the working enviroment is not good, HR or process HR are not proffessionally helpful and they even don’t care about their employes so I will tell you that it is not good place to join and even if you want a great future in that company so don’t try to join that company.They have spend quite good on their infrastructure their perks, salary are not quite good they used to tie their employees with their manager.They never listened their employee.The transport facility is worst if you leave the cab for two days in month then you will not get the cab untill your Dp mail regarding ghe cab to the transport and your manager not even care about that
