Ive had my fair share of bad experiences shopping online, but Concept Kart takes the crown for being the most unprofessional, pathetic, and frustrating platform Ive ever dealt with. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay FAR AWAY from this website.
🟥 NO contact number. NO real email support. JUST a useless chatbot.
You cant speak to a human. All you get is an automated bot through which youre supposed to raise a complaint. And then? They ignore it. You send message after messagethey take DAYS(sometimes 4+ days) to reply with a robotic one-liner that says nothing useful.
I ordered the KZ Castor Pro(Black) with DAC on June 25th(Order #CK141221). The product had a serious issueI was getting ELECTRIC SHOCKS from the IEM. I reported it immediately, and they said theyd initiate a replacement.
They took back the IEM and DAC.
And guess what? Its been over a MONTHno replacement, no refund. NOTHING.
Ive sent hundreds of messages, practically begging for an update. Each time, they either say were testing it or we didnt find anything wrong but will check again.
How long does it take to test an IEM? Are you building a spaceship out of it?
This is hands-down the worst customer experience Ive ever had. Theyve taken my product and my money, and Im left with no resolution, no transparency, and absolutely zero accountability.
Avoid Concept Kart like the plague.
Unless you want to deal with ghost support, endless delays, and pure disrespect for customers.
