Obsolutely bad service. I am struggling from last one month with Concodes even after meeting their GM also no use. Even I have contacted TATA motors but not much useful.
I have bought a TATA Ingo GLS from Concorde Motors, Bangalore in May 2005. Initially the car is running perfectly but the problems started once I gave the vehicle for service to Concorde. So far I have done 4 services with them every time I am facing one or the other problem. Instead of identifying the problem and rectifying the same they do trial and error methods and screw-up the system. Now **my car got screwed-up after giving the service to them** – continually oil leaking from the engine, I can’t use the AC(**it stop on the road –luckily I avoided the accidents twice**), lot of noise in the engine, starting problem and etc. this time I am having the problem from last 2 weeks now my car not starting at all, every time when we speak with them we are expecting some part it is in the process. Pathetic service, pathetic response – same problem repeats multiple times still there management doesn’t take action.
I could say in one word they screwed up my car. I have taken the extended warranty from them but still they are taking time to replace the part which they say defective and they want to get approval from somewhere. Then what is the point of going for extended warranty. The behavior from the service people is pathetic; the cleaning is worst through they charge Rs.350/- for each clean. They have stolen my car cover, cap which was left in the CAR. If you give the vehicle with ½ tank of petrol at the time of picking it will be zero. No ethics, no respect, no proper service absolutely pathetic.
