I had the most horrified experirnce with concorde motors.There was no sales service or after sale service. I would recommed never go there. Prerana is much better. I wish I had a "0" in your survey to rate this place. Their timeliness is even pathetic.
They treat customers as though they are giving us the car on charity. I don’t understand why FIAT has their tie up with such companies. They spoil even the FIAT Brand name. Why would anyone want to go through an harressment after he/she is investing a huge amount.
I had the same experience with both the Concorde Bang branches.The managers are hardly available to adddress the concern. Since I wanted A fiat car I stuck on after all this ordeal otherwise I would have just opted for Maruti. I have a Maruti as well and till date I have never faceda problem with the showroom or service centre. I think it is high tiome TATA looks into this or they will loose a large base of customers
