We had a horrible experience dealing with Ms Pooja at TATA MOTORS at South Extension New Delhi. We bought Nano in February and got RC and number plate receipt 2 months later. We made numerous calls to the dealer but all in vain.
We never got a callback from their team informing us on the status. Ms Pooja seems to be very rude and doesn’t know how to handle clients at all. Just to remind Concorde that we are a service industry and if we can’t handle our clients humbly, then we wont be appreciated for our work at all.
