I am writing here a bad experience with Tata motors.
I have booked Tata Hexa at Concorde motors in South ex, New Delhi on 2nd Feb 2017.
They told me that you will get your car after 4 weeks of waiting.
I have paid the booking amount i.e. Rs.11000.
After 4 weeks a staff of that showroom who was dealing with me Mr. Irfan informed me that waiting period for Hexa is increases for 14 weeks more.
Then I decided to cancel this booking because 14 weeks is too much to wait.
Mr. Irfan told me that they will refund my booking amount through cheque within a week of cancellation.
Today its more than 20 days of cancellation and still they have not made my refund cheque.
Since last 10 days Mr. Irfan is saying that Cheque signing authority of his showroom is on leave, so you have to wait some more days.
What a rubbish, how can this is possible that one person of a big showroom of Delhi is on leave for such a long period and there is no replacement for him.
I read so many reviews on net that Tata motors have very bad Customer care service, now I am suffering of it.
